Acceptance of use
By accessing, browsing, registering an account with, or otherwise using our website, mobile application, Recovery Facilities (as defined below) or any of our services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Services constitutes your agreement to these Terms and any future updates. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization or entity, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Any additional terms presented for specific features, promotions, or activities will be deemed part of these Terms upon your participation.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access or cancel accounts if eligibility criteria are not met or are misrepresented.
Use of facilities
The Company offers wellness amenities, including cold immersion tubs, heated baths, saunas, and compression therapy systems (“Recovery Facilities”). These are available during posted operating hours without the need for advance booking. Use is first-come, first-served, and we do not guarantee availability.
Facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, cleaning, private sessions, or health protocols. We aim to provide notice, but advance warning is not guaranteed. Membership fees do not include refunds or credits for temporary unavailability.
Paid Services & Membership Plans
To purchase any membership plan or paid service from the Company, you must provide complete and valid billing information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full name, billing address, and a supported payment method (such as credit/debit card or approved third-party platform) (“Payment Method”).
By submitting your payment details, you:
Confirm that you are authorized to use the selected Payment Method;
Grant permission for the Company (or our appointed payment processor) to charge the Payment Method for all applicable fees — including membership charges, subscription renewals, applicable taxes, and any related service costs; and
Agree that we may securely store your billing information for ongoing and future transactions, unless you choose to update or terminate your membership.
Membership Options
Single Entry (“Single Passes”): One-time admission, paid upfront, with a stated expiry date. Non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Multi-Pass Packs (“Multi Packs”): Discounted bundles of Single Entries, paid upfront, with a stated expiry date. Non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Ongoing Membership (the “Subscription” or “Membership”): Auto-renewing plan
billed bi-weekly from the original sign-up date, with the minimum term of one (1) month from start date.
Subscription Terms
Your Subscription continues until cancelled or paused by you or the Company.
To pause, cancel, or inquire about your subscription, please email us at citylink@seekshelter.co (the “Company’s Email”).
You may request to cancel your Subscription with at least fourteen (14) days written notice, which must be sent to the Company’s Email.
Billing occurs every two weeks starting from the subscription date.
You may request to pause your subscription with at least seven (7) days' written notice which must be sent to the Company’s Email. Pauses must be in weekly blocks, minimum one week. Pauses are capped at 12 weeks annually. Additional pauses are charged at $39/week.
We may update or adjust any aspect of Membership plans (e.g., session counts, pricing, billing cycles). Such changes apply only to future billing cycles, and we will provide reasonable advance notice. If you do not agree with the revised terms, your sole option is to cancel before the new terms take effect.
Failed Payments
We may retry failed transactions (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds).
Access to facilities may be suspended until payment is successful.
If multiple payment attempts fail and we receive no response within 7 days, your membership may be terminated, and your pricing tier forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing information.
Refund Policy
All purchases (Single Passes, Multi Packs, and Subscription) are final unless required by law.
Unused or expired passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Billed subscription charges are not refundable even if the Subscription is later cancelled.
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to revise pricing or service structure.
Changes apply only to future billing periods.
You will be notified in advance, and your continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must cancel your subscription before new rates take effect.
Member Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
Maintain hygiene by showering before using water-based amenities, wearing suitable attire, and avoiding facility use when sick or injured. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your Membership without refund.
Members must comply with all applicable laws of Singapore, including public safety and the Personal Data Protection Act.
Confidential or internal information obtained through your use of the Services must not be shared or reproduced. This includes pricing, processes, and training materials. These obligations continue after your Membership ends.
Repeated misconduct may result in a permanent ban from, the use of the Recovery Facilities and, the Company’s premises.
All members must
Treat others and staff with respect,
Use facilities safely and responsibly,
Follow all staff instructions and signage,
Avoid disruptive, unsafe, or aggressive behaviour
Health Acknowledgement & Assumption of Risk
By participating, you confirm that you are in good health and assume responsibility for your safety. Do not use our Recovery Facilities if unwell, under the influence, or with any health condition requiring medical clearance.
If you experience distress or unusual symptoms, stop and alert a staff member. In emergencies, you authorize the Company’s staff to contact medical responders. We are not liable for outcomes related to emergency care provided in good faith.
By participating, you accept the inherent risks involved in cold or heat-based recovery practices and release the Company from liability for injuries or complications arising from use of our Services, to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, the Company disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
Confidentiality
You may become aware of non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information relating to the Company, its operations, pricing, processes, or internal practices (collectively, “Confidential Information”). By using our Services, you agree:
Not to share, disclose, or reproduce any Confidential Information to third parties without our prior written consent.
To use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of engaging with the Company in accordance with these Terms.
That this obligation continues even after your Membership or access to our Services ends.
We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action in the event of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information.
Intellectual Property
All content made available by the Company — including but not limited to branding, logos, written materials, videos, audio, session formats, facility layouts, training protocols, and digital content — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws of Singapore.
You agree not to
Reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any of our content without our explicit written permission.
Use our name, logo, or proprietary methods for commercial purposes or personal gain.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action and termination of your Membership or access to our Services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, misuse our Services, or engage in any conduct that, in our reasonable opinion, may cause harm to us, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately. Any outstanding fees, charges, or obligations incurred prior to termination shall remain payable.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first resolve the matter through good-faith discussions. If unresolved after thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation via the Singapore Mediation Centre.
If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the courts of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Singapore law.
General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of our Services. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms shall remain in full force. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a continuing waiver.
