WHAT TO EXPECT : YOUR FIRST JOURNEY
ARRIVE
When you arrive, our team will welcome you, confirm your visit, and guide you through the space.
If it is your first time, let us know — we will walk you through the facilities and help you get comfortable.
PREPARE
Head to the changing area, get into your swimwear, and take a quick rinse before entering the recovery areas. Towels and selected amenities are provided for your convenience.
RECOVER
There is no need to rush. Move between the sauna, cold plunge, warm pool, and rest areas based on how your body feels. You can follow a simple contrast therapy flow, or take things slower if you are new.
RESET
After your session, take time to cool down, hydrate, and settle back into your day. The goal is not to “survive” the session — it is to leave feeling clearer, calmer, and better recovered.
First time here? Start gently.
1. WARM POOL OR SAUNA
Begin in the warmth for 15–20 minutes, allowing the body to soften, settle, and arrive.
2. ICE BATH PLUNGE
Immerse yourself in the ice bath for 2-3 minutes to activate your body's recovery response.
3. REST AND REPEAT
Pause between rounds. Let the body adjust, then return to heat or cold at your own pace.
4. COMPRESSION THERAPY
Complete your session with compression therapy — supporting circulation, recovery, and a lighter way to leave.
